I've been in the plumbing game for twenty years. I started out as an apprentice in big old Victorian houses in London, where the standard was high and every detail mattered. After that I ran a company with a business partner, doing contract work on large building sites. But you never knew if the builders would pay up, so I took the leap and went out on my own, working locally. I haven't looked back. Now I get to deal with homeowners directly and take care over each job.
